I am CEO of Global Integration - an ideas, consulting and training company specializing in how to lead and succeed in complex companies. www.global-integration.com

I have a 14 year corporate background in trade union negotiation, HR, Manufacturing management, EMEA Sales & strategic planning and Global Learning & development in the telecoms and FMCG sectors. I have worked in matrix, virtual and cross-cultural organizations and lived in the UK and France.

I founded Global Integration in 1994 because I could not find a supplier to help me with the skills I needed to work in a fast moving, complex environment. Since then we have developed some unique tools and programs, worked with over 300 major multinationals and delivered over 100,000 participant days of training in these skills.

We invented the first commercially available Remote & Virtual Teams and Matrix skills training.

I manage a remote team of consultants based in the USA and Europe and working worldwide. I sell to and work with the world’s most complex companies every day. I have to practice what I preach.

I live in the UK but travel regularly.
