I enjoyed your presentation using the onion cross-cultural tools video. It well explains the inner meaning and understanding that there is more to the outer behavior of other cultures around intercotinental work environment. In oreder to become very productive and successful in such environment we need to appreciate diversity.

Communication is a very important tool in doing business in a cross-cultural workplace. Using the right communication skills and appropriate language for such environment will lead to getting the right results and feedbacks. In oreder to become very productive and successful in such environment we need to appreciate diversity and learn about other people’s culture, appreciate their language, observe, learn, and understand their behaviors and the messages they pass across with their gestures and body language.
